We made it!!! After one train ride, two plane rides, one ferry ride, and a few bus rides inbetween… we are in Penang, Malaysia!!!
We arrived at 8:30am after 42 hours of travel. Our gracious host allowed us today to rest and shower and get ready for the weeks to come.
We will be in Penang until the 4th of December!!! When I say we, I’m referring to the 12 other racers and 1 squad leader that is also living with my team this month. We will be living in the YWAM base here in Penang. We aren’t sure on ministry this month quite yet though… The Lord has YWAM doing so much good work here and this coming week my team and I will experience all the ministry’s that they work with!! Then we will seek the Lord’s will for our month and allow Him to choose which ministry he wants us to work with. So yay!!!!
Prayers that jet lag isn’t a thing going into this week, that we can fully seek the Lord and what he has for us all this month, and that we can enjoy our first country in Asia!!!!
