I was born and mostly raised in Michigan with my three siblings 2 older brothers and a younger sister. When I was around 5 I accepted Christ as my Savior. At that point in my life I didn’t really know what that fully meant. At the age of 13 I was challenged to start living my faith as my own. That is when I started to understand what Being a Christ Follower really means.
My parents have been working at various summer youth camps my whole life. We moved to a few different camps over the years which caused my family to grow closer together. We eventually moved to a camp in Gladwin Michigan where my parents currently are. They run a summer youth camp and year round retreat center. I have worked at the camp most of my adult life.
Ministry has been in integral part of my life.The last 6 months I have felt Gods call away from the camp. When I knew I was leaving camp all I knew is that ministry had to be a part of my next step. What I didn’t realize at that moment that The World Race would be my next step. I’m so excited to be stretched and changed in this journey of ministry.
