Dancing With Orphans

Last night I worshipped with
orphans! I think that in and of itself says enough.   At first they were apprehensive. As team Cherished Flame and I danced, swayed
and sang to the music (a sight that to most “Christians” in America looks
weird) the orphans just sat there watching our every move with smiles on their
faces. In the middle of one of the songs
I was praying, praying that the Holy Spirit would fill the room and touch these
kids like never before. All of a sudden
I couldn’t stand, there was a weight on my shoulders I dropped to my knees in
complete brokenness for these children. Not because they are orphans on earth but because they are spiritual
orphans because they don’t know their daddy. Tears rolled down my face as the prayers for them uncontrollably came
out of my mouth. 

A song later, one by one they stood
up. One by one the hands began to be
raised, then the JUMPING and DANCING and PRAISING our Father irrupted! The room was filled with brothers and
sisters, singing to their daddy, dancing for their daddy, literally sweating
for their daddy. They began DECLARING
truths over themselves!! One of the older boys went to the corner and started
playing the drums to the music! When I
heard them and saw them, I got God bumps all of my body and tears rolled down
my face, tears of pure JOY. One boy
asked to read our bible told me he didn’t have one and really wanted one. One of the girls on the team prayed over a
girl and them informed me we had a new sister. This dancing and singing went on for over an hour. 

At the end we sat them down and
asked them if they knew Jesus and if they

didn’t, if they wanted to. I am overwhelmed and OVERJOYED to tell you that we have 8 new brothers
and sisters as of last night!!!! Right then and there in a barn eight orphans
accepted Christ, prayed to our Father, took that first step of faith and are
CRAVING to know the Love of our Father. Amen Amen Amen Hallelujah Amen!!!
