We left Denver and headed to the Great Sand Dunes. So beautiful! We got to Round Rock Texas, just outside of Austin. We are staying with a incredible young woman Carmen, and her two foster kids. They are adorable and I miss them, it’s hard writing this. Honestly after spending a week with the kids, made me overflow with excitement to God willing be a Dad one day. We got to rest after being in Denver, and it was a good rest. We got to write blogs, do partnership development, hangout with the kids, come together as a group. Doing World Race America you come together really close, especially doing all that was going on in America. We got to see the second worlds largest bat colony under a bridge, I GOT TO GO TO CROSSFIT, we got pass out carve pumpkins on Halloween. I spend a lot of time in the Word in Austin, catch up with people back home, and me and Susan met with some two incredible people. They were part of the Morman Church, and we got to sit down and discuss some scripture. It was good to see what they believe and grow in evangelical skills and apologetics. Love those two men. World Race America is also a discipleship school and I can now see looking back the ways I’ve grown. We left Round Rock and headed right outside of Bonham, Texas!
God is good, all the time. I miss Carmen! The two boys and I will always Love them.
Jacob
