“Fire!”

This was often one word that was often shouted, whispered, and said by my dear friend Bipin from Nepal.

And no, it was never an actual fire, thankfully. It was a word he used to talk about God and how the Holy Spirit moved. How fire refines someone–it may hurt, but it makes them more purified for God.

Bipin is an incredible man of God. He is one of my favorite people I have met on the Race so far. In my month 2 of Nepal, I got to spend a whole week with him when we were in a village of Nepal when my squad split in half for ministry.

My first thought I had when I first interacted with him was: “Wow! He is who he is and doesn’t care what people think of him.”

Bipin walks in love; he has a huge, soft heart. He is also a great example to me of what being a child of God is because even though he is an adult, he loves life in a child-like way. He laughs, dances, and so much more. I honestly would love to go back to Nepal one day just to learn from him.

He also does so much for all the World Race teams he comes into contact with. He pours into individuals, affirms us in our strengths and identity in God, and opens his home to them. Even for me, he was so incredibly sweet. One day he told me “Hannah, you look like Mona Lisa.” Another time he told me “Hannah, you don’t look wild, but you are.” Meaning, I may seem quiet, but I had a fiesty spirit.

He and his wife also have a ministry together (if you want to know more about it and his testimony hit this link to see a video my squad-mate Sara Santiago made of him: https://youtu.be/JVy8P29UbHQ). And even though I only got to talk to his wife Sarah a little, I learned that she also is a beautiful woman of God. Together they work hard to bring Kingdom to Nepal.

Which is why I ask you to please hit the GoFund me link below and read about Bipin’s current need and possibly donate to him and share this link. He is a wonderful man of God he does SO much for the Kingdom in just interacting with individuals and so much more.
