Here we go. A time I’ve both anticipated and dreaded. Month 11, aka the grand finale.  Tomorrow my squad boards a plane, and after thanking God that we don’t have to endure another 4 day multi-country bus ride to get there, we’ll arrive in Malaysia, the final country on our World Race odyssey.

It’s hard for me to beleive it’s already been a year (on May 20th to be exact) since I pulled up to training camp in Tennessee and met these crazy folks that I’ve now spent the last 10 months of my life with.

Training camp was ridiculous.  Ridiculously hard and ridiculously amazing.  But the craziness of those 10 days don’t even hold a candle to the craziness of these last 10 months.

I’ve been stretched physically to the point where sleeping on floors, living solely out of a backpack and going literally weeks at a time without showers no longer phases me.

I’ve been stretched spiritually to the point where I actually long for “God time” as entertainment over movies and games.

And I’ve been stretched emotionally to the point where I can actually give and receive feedback without breaking down.

I’m in the best place I’ve ever been in my life, and now God’s revealing and I’m listening and acting.

For the first time since graduating high school I’m going to be ending one season in life with an idea of what the next season holds.

But I’ll share more on that later.
