The last two years have been a whirlwind. Its crazy to me that my time in Thailand has come to an end (at least for now…) I don’t think I will ever not feel a connection to the people of Thailand and Burma.

This is a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, sent me care packages, written me notes, lent me cars, housed me, fed me, and ultimately enabled me to do the work God called me to in Thailand. Thank you for answering a call to help me answer mine.

I just recently returned from my “wrap up” trip to Southeast Asia. I wanted to finished my 2-year commitment strong and the last few months were a perfect mix of ministries for me. I was able to spend time in Mae Sot with my team and ministry partners. I met new short-term teams and missionaries, spent time with friends I have developed relationships with there, and of course got to hang with all the kiddies I love at the children’s homes in town. I also was able to spend time with my FBR family and serve in the jungle for several weeks. The whole experience was priceless.

Leaving Thailand made me realize I didn’t want to leave at all. So stay tuned…there may just be a Part 2 to this whole story. (I will keep you all up to date as I pray about returning maybe even before the end of this year).

In the meantime, here are some photos from my time in the city and in the jungle this past fall.
