Hi guys, it’s me again!!!

I am going to talk about my more meaningful moment in Peru!

It was a normal day of ministry. That afternoon we were just going to hang out some flyers to invite people from the community we were living at. Our squad got separated into 3 groups so that we would be more efficient and reach out to more people.

We all were really excited about it but I was really worried about giving the flyers. You see, I was more worry about how many people I can give the flyers to than to talk to them. Is not that we didnt talk to them, we read scripture to them and we talk to them for a bit. So.. do you think that we did wrong in something ? Not really. I think we did good but we could have done way better! Good thing that God has a better plan for everybody.

Johnny, Jake and Jordan were talking with 2 ladies. I actually didn’t see them talking to them. They came and look for me so that I could translate and I said: yes of course! But in my sinful thought I just kept thinking about the flyers. This 2 ladies start talking about their life. I didn’t really understand what was going on because I arrived in the middle of the conversation. (We obviously started a conversation with them because of the flyers . ) So I listen. They were talking about their lives and what they thought about going to church. They seriously despite all churches. So we keep talking and I really wanted to know the root of that hate that she had against church. So here are this thoughts that she pointed:
-she wanted to be healed but every time that she went to church she ask for someone to heal her but nothing happened. She had a problem in her head, but it really doesn’t matter how many times you pray, we explain to her that she could pray every single night but without faith nothing was going to happened in her life
-when she was 30 she started to go to church but her sisters lock her in a room and punch her. she wanted to know Christ but he got a wro g view about Christ because her sisters didnt wanted her to know christ. probably she thought that following Christ you always had to suffer
-through all her life she’s been verbally abuse. What I saw in her face that day was so much anxiety and depression.

She just wanted to be heard..

… and we did, we listen to them and advice them. We speak LIFE over them and God blessed them through us. We told this lady and her friend that she could go and pray so many times but without faith nothing is possible. We told them that she was a precious jewel of God and that she was a really strong women. We pray for them for about 5-10 min ish! It was awesome. We spoke so much life and give them so much unnatural love from God.

After we finish praying We left and we ask Johnny if he think that they might come to church tomorrow and he said that he thought that probably no because it was far from were they live. I was sad about it but I really have a lot of joy because WE WERE AVAILABLE to God and when people are available good things  happened.

The next day guess what, they both came to church and accepted Christ in their hearts. I was so amazed of what God did through us. Is amazing! Just think about this, what if all the people are available and speak life to others, what change do you think we can make?

When I thought that I was not going to see hope  I saw hope, love and faith in them.

And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.
1 Cor 13:13

So next time I am just going to love and have faith and forget about the numbers. Know I want to speak life to others. It’s definitely not about the numbers is about loving others.

So who ever is reading my blog remember that Jesus wants quality time and intimacy from each one of us and never forget that he loves you more than you can imagine, his love is Indescribable!

I will always remember them in my heart. Is amazing what God an do. Please pray for them so that God will provide people that know Christ and for their personal needs. Also pray for their hearts and that they would have more faith and a better relationship with Christ.
