This morning is the annual North Florida JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) walk!

This is an event that my family participates in together every year. I have 2 little cousins with type 1, Kaylin & Trinity as well as a close friend Haley.

It’s a great event with an amazing organization. North Florida JDRF is also were I completed my senior year practicum.

I am very sad that I am not able to be there with my family, but will be there with them in spirit. Well, & this thing called FaceTime will allow me to see everyone in a few hours to send my love.

I am dedicating my Sunday morning run in honor of the event. Would you please consider joining me by dedicating a run to JDRF or by sharing my post.

If you are in the Jacksonville area you should start your day off right by heading down to the Jacksonville Fairgrounds. Along with the 1 or 3 mile options there is free food and a lot of family friend activities(doggies welcome too).

I send my love & support to all those involved!!

Thank you for all you do!!

If you are interested in learning more about JDRF or would like to make a donation to help further research in finding a cure please check out the included link.
