Hi everyone! There are so many cool things happening in Peru I don’t know where to begin! I guess I’ll start off with the flight. I left from Florida about a week ago at 5pm and got to Cusco around 8am the next morning (lots of flights and layovers). The first few weeks consist of training, so I’ve been sitting through lots of teachings (which are mostly pretty interesting) and doing different exercises. I LOVE the exercises because we get to walk around Cusco and look for opportunities to serve God. A few days ago I walked by a man in a wheelchair sitting on the sidewalk and asking for money. I felt God telling me to go back and pray for him, so me and the group I was with went back and prayed over him (we asked for his permission first). The next day I felt God tell me to go back and pray for him again, so me and my team went back to the same spot and prayed over him again. This is just one example of the things God has been doing, and more is to come! Also I want to challenge y’all to to go on this journey with me by asking God if there’s anyone in your life He wants you to pray over. It might feel a little awkward at first, but believe me, you’ll be glad you did.
Also shout-out to the Unscripted Squad! You guys are all so awesome and I am so blessed to be going on this journey with y’all. I am so excited to see what God does in each and every one of you over these next 11 months!
