Even though our time in China was cut a bit short due to visa issues our team made the best of our time there!

Our first sleeper bus experience

Our first stop in China was a small city with almost no taxi’s and limited bus routes. Luckily we met this man who drove us around when we needed and before we left we were able to treat him to lunch. This man brought us lots of laughs and loved showing us around his city!

Our first apartment had low ceilings and we felt like we were living in a life-sized dollhouse!

The Great Wall of China

Teaching our new friends at a hostel in Xi’an how to play Spicy Uno.

Ashton Paige shared her love of juices and mochi with our team!

TouTou the hostel guard dog. We enjoyed sharing morning walks with him around town.

So many CoCo coffee dates with members from our squad!

Mount Hua Shan – the most epic hike

Just before this photo was taken I was telling Kierstin that I love traveling by train because I know my luggage is safe. Little did I know both of our luggage would be stuck in the trunk of a taxi and would lead to us almost missing our train. A trip to the repair shop & McDonald’s later we were in route to our last city in China. I hope my troubles with luggage are in the past because it’s becoming more than my heart can handle!!

Celebrated Ash’s 22nd birthday in China!

The man who’s hostel we stayed at for our last week in China treated us to hot-pot for our final night. What a treat!!

Catching up with my Macky girl at a Chinese airport. Little did we know that in the days following we would both become team leaders!!
