Hey everyone, sorry this blog is late, I haven’t had many opportunities to do anything on WiFi.

A little update about my life: I’ve been in Swaziland for about a month now and it’s been great. Life is definitely slower here: the only thing to do in our town is to take a Kumbi (bus) to the grocery store about 30-45 minutes away. I’ve learned to appreciate the little things and enjoy my surroundings while spending lots of time with the Lord.

Our ministry for the last 3 months of the race is to help out at care points. Care points are feeding centers for local kids. The organization, Adventures in Missions helps support 40 care points throughout Swaziland. Each feeding center provides discipleship, medical attention, and scholarships and job opportunities for the kids in that community. We get to come alongside them and hang out with kids all day as well as house visits and show them they are loved. It’s a ministry without showing any fruit, but it’s taught me that anything I do supported by God and showing his love will make an impact.

My parents were also able to come to Swaziland for a week to come see me and do ministry together. It was a great week with fun reunions, serving together, and them getting to see what my life has been like for 7 months.

Thank you again for reading my blogs and for supporting me. I know I say that a lot but I’m continually reminded ways people sacrificed things for me to be here, it means the world to me.

I’ll be home in 2 months which is super weird but I would love to catch up with all of you in some way to thank you.
