There is not a simple answer to this question other than I was created for this. Since I got saved in 2012 I have wanted to do a mission trip however I was always to scared so I put that idea in the back of my mind. In April 2017 I left my job because I knew God wanted me to step out and try things differently. To be honest I never thought The World Race would be what He meant.
The World Race is an opportunity for me to become me! Self discovery is a journey that never ends and since intentionally embarking on this journey I have come to realize that there is so much of me that has yet to be discovered. I love Jesus with ever fiber of my being, I love people, and I want to travel. The World Race gives me the opportunity to go on journey in which I can leave “normal” behind and walk into Extraordinary. So I am interested because I want to be all that God created me to be and that is to share His love with others. I look forward to learning about different cultures as well as touching the heart of the Father.
