…well maybe not anything – but I wanted to give an opportunity for you all to ask questions about what we’ve been doing this month.
To give you a quick debrief – this past month my team has been serving on the island of Lesvos in Greece working in a refugee camp. We have been helping out 6 days a week and working 8 hour shifts each day. While at camp we perform many tasks such as finding housing for new arrivals, working at the euro-relief info point in camp, guarding gates, and distributing clothes.
There is SO MUCH that goes on in a refugee camp that it has been difficult for me to write blogs this month. I thought a good old Q&A was the perfect solution! I want all of you to know a little bit more about what life in a refugee camp looks like, what it’s been like to serve here, and anything else you want to ask me about my time here in Greece!
