There’s really no good way to do it. Uj. Usz. Usch. Youj. I don’t know. Mostly doesn’t matter.
Just filling you in on my youszchj this month in Ghana!
6:00am depending on if I’m malarial or not, I’m either working out with Coach Kales or very much asleep in bed
7:00am flicking our hot pot on, opening Cafe 104, and making Q-squad’s hot beverage dreams come true
8:00am talking to God with my team
9:00am riding to ministry with 24ish people in a 15 passenger van
10:00am talking to Ghanaians in the street and in their homes about life and love and Jesus
11:00am still talking & listening, occasionally singing, also occasionally eating cake with no icing that is super good
12:00pm probably asking a translator about the history of Ghana
1:00pm waiting for lunch
2:00pm watching a movie with a malarial, probably Disney
3:00pm rescuing (stealing) the leftover plantains from the lunch table
4:00pm sitting on someone’s lap in a van going to evangelism
5:00pm praying with new friends, asking that their love would abound more and more
6:00pm hugging kids & taking selfies before we jump in the van
7:00pm eating dinner, 10 outta 10 it’s chicken and rice
8:00pm team time !!! could be doing anything, as long as we’re together awwww
9:00pm hoping the water hasn’t been cut off yet
10:00pm probably typing or reading with a book light in an otherwise dark and quiet hotel room
11:00pm as the Ghanaians say…sound sleeping.
OKAY ENJOY YOUR DAY & ENJOY YOUR LIFE !!!
love you all. XOXO, Alexandra
