Hello!
My name is Zoe Carrano, I am 19, and I am a sophomore at Northern Virginia Community college. I am a big sports fan and have been playing ice hockey since I was eight. I love being active and playing all sorts of games. I attend All Saints Anglican church and I am very active in the church community. I currently work in the nursery every Sunday morning, I am a youth leader, and I participate in our young adults group every Wednesday. I have been a Christian for three years now but truly dove into the word this year and I cannot get enough of the gospel. I am very passionate about children and the happiness of others. The happiness of a child can go a long way and I am so excited to bring Gods love to kids all over the world.
This mission trip is sort of crazy for me as I have never even been on an airplane. Flying to five different countries and spending nine months with people I barely know is very out of my comfort zone but I have honestly never felt more called to something in my life. I am amazed by all that God is doing in my life right now, I cannot even begin to imagine how the next year will be. All I have ever wanted to do was spread happiness and now I get to do that in the will of Christ.
