This blog was written on Monday September 17, 2018. It was an off day in Costa Rica and so I had a few different options to consider my options were go to Room2Board and hangout by the pool or go on a couple of different waterfall hikes. I wanted to go on one of the waterfall hikes but it was a wee bit expensive for me so I decided to go to Room2Board for the wifi and some good conversations with people.
I decided to call a few friends and had no luck until I scrolled to a friend I hadn’t talked to in a while so I gave him a call. We had a short 5 minute conversation where at the end of it he said he was going to give me one more donation to my blog and I said I can’t thank you enough because he has put forth so much money for me to go on this trip. A couple mins later I check my email and find out that he gave $1,000 and I broke. This was far more generous then I was expecting and I don’t understand how this could be but I thank you so incredibly much. Praise the lord for your generously kind soul financially I seek to be like you.
With that donation I have about $4,000 left to raise. This is so exciting and Praise the Lord for all that he provides. Future Racers who feel like the amount is to big for you to raise, it is, but to God it is nothing, make it happen! The process is an emotional roller coaster but take heart God does the work, you just put fourth the effort.
