My team and I made it to Botswana this past Monday and we are staying in Kumakwane, a village about 30 minutes outside the capital city, Gaborone.
For the next two months my team and I will be helping with several aspects of the local ministry we are with, Operation Botswana . One way in which we will be helping is by planting fruits and vegetables in an onsite greenhouse which is sustained by aquaponics. Another way we will be helping is by working at our ministry host’s local cafe and by planning community events at this cafe. These events, our main focus, will include worship nights, youth Bible studies, movie nights, VBS, and women’s events among others. I am super excited to see and experience everything the Lord has for the people of Kumakwane in these next two months!
