Hey everyone,
I was originally lead to go in January but back in June I ended up with a serious concussion. I took a week off of school and work then it ended up being two weeks. After getting a CT Scan and an MRI on the same day, after a few days went by they decided that it was best for me to go to the neurosurgeon place. The doctors told me to go there because they found some irregularity on the right side of my brain. This was the most nerve racking and stressful time not knowing what I am going to do. Well luckily I decided to call up adventures and asked them when their next World Race month would be and when they told me June, I was like perfect that would work. After talking to doctors they thought it was a very smart idea not to go in January but to go in June of 2019.
So now that I am not leaving until June. I have decided to keep going to Liberty University Online, Film for High school football, Coach Basketball, and to work with people on a business plan for my ministry for when I come back from the World Race. The one thing I have learned in the last few months is that anything can happen at any moment and that you have to take life day by day. You must live in the now not the future. Its fine to have a plan for your future but enjoy every moment in the now.
