Merry Christmas from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia! After several long bus rides and nights spent on bus station floors, we made it to Malaysia for month 7!
This year presents a special opportunity to celebrate Christmas stripped down to its very core, away from the traditions, family, snow, and shopping. At its core, Christmas is celebrating the final part of God’s plan to redeem a broken world through Jesus. And yet even in a predominantly Muslim country a lot of random strangers have been wishing me a Merry Christmas and we even found Santa Claus:
