For those who don’t know, I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan, so hang in there. In the Hobbit, Tolkien sets up a perfect reflection of my future. In the book, a young man decides to trade in his safe, comfortable, normal life, for that of mystery, hardship, and trial. I believe that when we are pushed out our comfort zone, our true refinement begins. It is a time for God to show us, or rather us to listen to his plan. To often we are busy, or content with the life we have that we begin to forget why we wake up. To bring glory to God. I cannot wait to begin and to give god these 9 months of my life.
