Hey Friends and Upcoming Squad!

My name is Zachary Palmer (but I prefer Zac). I am 18 years old and currently a Senior at Rising Sun High School in Cecil County, Maryland, where I play Football, Basketball, and Lacrosse. I was born and raised in a Christian family, saved at age 7, and have since grown tremendously in my faith. Growing up in a small town off the Chesapeake Bay has sparked my love for the outdoors and adventure. I have enjoyed boating, climbing, camping, cliff jumping, snowboarding and basically anything that fuels an adrenaline rush.

While my life is consumed primarily by school, sports, and church, the first two are unfortunately winding down. As I struggled to try and fill the void that this will leave, I could not think of anything better to dedicate all my time to than God.

I am very thankful to have a rich family heritage in missions work, especially through orphanages. I was able to encounter my families legacy firsthand when I took a trip to India this past winter to an orphanage that my great-grandfather took over in the 1960s. I had inherited the love for serving the Lord that my ancestors had developed, and it was my turn to find how I would make my impact.

I am very excited to see what the Lord has in store as I begin this new phase of my life!
