I met Joe (Right side) when I started to attend room in the inn. He was hopeless and tried to commit suicide by taking over 30 pills. He had died twice over from attempted suicide. It was a miracle both times that Joe came back to life. Christ had other plans for him. Through out late 2018 into early 2019, Joe and I became good friends. I would try to help him get a job and try to feed him when I was able. I should have done more for him, but it was difficult to reach out to him with the word. Losing His children from a car accident and his wife left him devastated. He was holding all this weight and baggage that caused him to suffer greatly for years. I would not give up on him. I knew if Jesus can save me, he can save Joe. I took a position in Beaumont, Texas and lost contact with Joe. This past Monday Joe was at Room in the inn. He received true salvation and accepted Christ as his Lord. What an amazing testimony Joe has that I became a witness to. The smallest portions can have a greater outcome.

The gentleman on my Left is Jesse. I met Jesse while staying the night at Church of the King. Jesse was more of a blessing to me than I was to him. He has such a heart for Christ. He came to a Sunday service and I was given the opportunity to pray for his lung. The next time I saw him he felt a lot better. Praise God! He could breathe! To be able to live to love others is a life worth living. To get down in the dirt and the slums with others is better than luxury. We are rich, because he became poor for us. He became a ransom for us to be seated on the right hand of Yahweh. We do not deserve grace and yet he became grace for our transgressions.
