Physicians Release
Copy of shot records/vaccinations to date (not including your final ones – they are due on Dec. 15)
Proof of travel medical insurance
List of 15 prayer partners (with contact info for at least some key people)
Accountability partner (someone you are meeting with right now till you leave)
Copy of passport
That covers what is due from many of you! You can e-mail it to me, or snail mail it to us, ATTN: World Race. If you owe me more than that, I will have to track you down…
