It still feels totally unreal to me that I will be
participating in the World Race next year. It’s so exciting, but how
can I even wrap my head around the concept of spending 11 months going around
the entire world, with the ultimate goal identifying and joining in with what
God is doing! It’s been so fun to begin to read about you all and what
you are doing as you prepare for the race. Right now I am a junior high
and high school youth director at a church in
San Diego.
My official last day as youth director is June 25th. It’s a little
scary for me because I have no idea what I am going to be doing to make money
between now and when the race begins. But I’m excited to have some
time to prepare for the race and I know that there is no way I could give the
ministry here the attention it needs while getting ready for next year.
Please pray that I have some much needed restoration in my life over the next
few months. I’m definitely looking forward to getting to know you
all!
