I received an interesting letter the other day…from the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
It reads:
Dear Ms. Tharpe:
The American Citizens Services Unit is holding a small wallet containing your Texas driver’s license, two credit cards, once university ID and other personal photos and items. The wallet was found by a Cambodian citizen the turned into the Embassy in early September, 2007…
Can you believe it?? I was absolutely shocked to say the least!
Oh, Cambodia…you never cease to amaze me.
