This month in Peru has been unlike any other ministry. Lots of manual labor and 2 words: sports ministry. Mostly soccer with the neighborhood kids during the day and the volunteers at night. A game called 9 square was played like 4 square but with PVC pipe squares above you. Floor ball, which was like hockey on concrete. Skateboarding, and sandbording down the dunes on snowboards. It was “Outdoor Discipleship” and had my name written all over it, I can see myself doing something along these lines in the future. We were working with Inca Link for the second month in a row. It was nice to have an alumni world racer as the president of the Peruvian operations tell us the ins and outs and vision for the ministry. We also had another month of garbage dump ministry loving on the little kids as piles of trash burn in the background. Such joy in those kids faces.

We grew and prayed for healing. I received visions and others had dreams. The Lord grew our hearts and minds as we’d worship on the terrace looking over the city of Trujillo. I can’t wait for the 10/40 window next month in India. Preaching the simple gospel to a a totally different unreached people group. Pray that God will prepare my heart and tune it to his voice and spirit. I don’t think I’ll have much service or WiFi again.

You guys are amazing and I hope this finds you well and healthy.

Adios With Love,
