Hey Guys!

Whew! What a crazy couple of weeks. As you all may or may not know, I am writing this post from the mountains in Colorado. I love it here, God really out did Himself when He made this place! I’ve been out west for the past couple of weeks now, working for my grandparents and a few of their friends. It’s been a lot of fun, and today I leave for a two week conference at Summit Ministries, which is a Christian worldview/apologetics conference for which I am very excited. Also, World Race training camp is coming!

FUNDING UPDATE: I met my next funding deadline! Praise the Lord! I now have $10,000, which is 80% of the full amount of $12,500 dollars which is due the third week of August. God has been good to me, and I’m so thankful to you all for supporting me, be that through donations, giving me work, or through prayer. It has been amazing to see God come through despite my fears!

As these weeks go by, World Race training camp is coming closer and closer, and I am getting more and more excited! I cannot wait to finally meet my fellow racers face to face. The Lord has already begun to establish great relationships between us all, and it has been amazing to begin to get to know this group of godly young people. Also, while there, hopefully I’ll find out where I’ll be traveling to! Which I will immediately convey to you all, as it has been one of the most frequently asked questions.

Speaking of frequently asked questions, big ones are “What is the Race?” and “What will you be doing?” and “How can I help?” Well, simply put, the Race is an adventure. We leave our comfort zones and familiar surroundings to spread the gospel through various forms of ministry, which will look different in every country. We usually won’t find out what we’re doing until we go from one country to the next, and sometimes we won’t even find out until we get there. As a result, the Race looks different for all of us, but this video will give you a glimpse into what I could experience over the next 9 months:

Now, how can you help? Two ways stick out in my mind: Prayer and financial giving.

To go on the Race, I have another $2,500 to raise, and any amount you can give is an incredible blessing.

Whether or not you decide to support me financially, I beg of you your support through prayer. God has some crazy things in store for me, and my Racers and I would greatly appreciate your prayer coverage as we share His love throughout the world.

Alright, commercial break is over  I am so excited to see what the Lord has for me these next few weeks. Thank you all so so much for your continued prayers and support! This wouldn’t be happening without you guys! Love you all!
