Give up to be Raised up

We were blessed with an opportunity to speak at a pastors meeting in Nigeria recently. Each of us were alloted ten minutes to give an encouraging Word to uplift the pastor’s. We were told the local pastor’s were becoming discouraged because of the lack of growth in their ministries. I had something prepared but right before it was my turn God gave me a different message.
