So what is new, what is new, what is new? Well, God is continuing to blow my mind! This past month it looked like for sure I was not going to reach my fundraising goal but guess what God showed up again in a BIG WAY. I was $500 from where I was planning on being by August and there were only 3 days left in July. I just thought maybe I was just going to have a big August as far as funding went but nope, God provided in July. I had that $500 and then some by August 1st!
This whole fundraising thing has been such a blessing. I had never raised money before but God showed me how. I never thought I could just ask people for money but God humbled me. Where will $15,500 come from? God made the universe, I am pretty sure a couple of greenbacks is no problem. Pretty much what I am trying to say is have faith in God, not just the God you know, but the infinitely powerful, knowing, and loving God that He is! Do not put limits on your faith because there are not limits on what God can do.
Another thing, I have an announcement for anyone going to training camp in October. I live in North Texas and I am driving to training camp so if you need a ride free of charge (I do not want gas money but may want to switch out driving duties) just tell me. Be forewarned though, I am going to Georgia via Tennessee because I am picking up my buddy Diesel from January Route 3. I have room for 3 more after Diesel and I and I am willing to pick up anyone between Texas and Tennessee and Tennessee to Georgia. Just contact Diesel or I on here if you want an all expenses paid trip to Georgia!
I do not really have anything else to say. I saw The Dark Knight Rises, my fantasy baseball team is in 2nd place, and I miss my nieces… Hmm… I guess that means Goodbye! Oh wait! Do not forget to click on the tab that says "Donate" on the left hand side!!! We got people to reach folks!
