For as long as I can remember I’ve been a dreamer. Often I felt like I dreamed too much, that my dreams were too big or ridiculous. Being on the Race I have noticed that not everyone dreams and for some it’s challenging at times to dream. I have learned about dreaming big with God and that no dream is too big for Him. I’ve learned that it’s okay to dream and that He put those desires and passions in my heart for a reason. My dreams have leaked into my prayers and have had an impact on my prayer life. I believe that one way He speaks to me is by laying passions on my heart. Just like in Nehemiah 2:12 “…And I told no one what my God had put into my heart to do for Jerusalem”. God had put a desire to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem in Nehemiah’s heart. I believe that just like Nehemiah’s desire to rebuild the wall aligned with God’s plan, our passions too intersect with God’s plan for us. I want to encourage you to dream big with Him as well. Don’t be afraid to dream big, no dream is too big for Him.
Friends, I am also still in need of funds and have created shirts as a way to help me fundraise. The inspiration for the design of the shirt comes from my journey of dreaming big with Jesus on the Race. Please consider purchasing a shirt as a way to partner with me on this journey. My goal is to sell 50 shirts! There are many styles and colors to choose from. They also make great gifts! 🙂 Thank you for coming alongside me on this journey!!
