El Centro
Spanish Restaurant is my main ministry this month.

The second day we
arrived in Prague, Amanda went to the restaurant below our flat to ask if we
could work for food. The owners kindly agreed.

So Amanda and I each work 5 days a week at El Centro.
In return, we get to feed our team a meal 6 days out of the week. This isn’t
just any meal but amazing gourmet food. While I thought it would be just
working for food it is so much more than that…

We serve a family who own the restaurant. The couple is working this restaurant mostly by themselves during the week, which is a lot
for this tourist spot. On top of the restaurant they have three children that
they look after. Amanda and I get the privilege of helping the family
and their children in many ways.

Working in a restaurant where most customers speak limited
English, we get a lot of questions. I am asked on a daily basis what I am doing
here. It has been awesome to use that as an opportunity to tell other about the
World Race and what I am doing for the Lord. I am excited to continue to be
a light
and meet so many people from other parts of the world.

Since Ireland, there has been so much talk about returning
home. I believe the Lord has been giving me a taste of what it will be like
when I get home. Working as the restaurant this month will be like a part time
job. I know the Lord will be using this to test me. I will have to
continue to ask myself…

How am I going to continue to be a bold light for Christ at
home?

How will I press into the inheritance given to me daily?

When life gets busy, how am I going to actively be pursuing
Christ?

How am I going to love when my teammates aren’t around to push me?
