My dear readers! How I have missed you all. There are so many times that I wish I could just sit and talk to each of you about what it is that I am exactly doing here in Romania. This video may be the closest we get to that. Hopefully you enjoy watching it (along with all the others to come) as much as we enjoy making them.
My first month is almost over!
How absolutely crazy is that? We head to Moldova in the next couple weeks and I couldn't be more excited. I have truly enjoyed every minute that I have spent here at Casa Shalom. Whether it be working around the house, going out to the villages, or driving to Dracula's castle to happen upon a family that we are blessed to pray over. This has truly been a growing month for me. I am so excited to see what God does in this team and within my own life! I know He has big plans to come! It's been a beautiful experience and it's only just starting!
Praise the Lord!
I just ask that you would pray for God to move within me, this team and my squad in ways that can only be credited to our Almighty Father! Prayers of safety, honesty, trust and beauty to surround our team. That God would reveal Himself to us in new ways and new experiences. That things would simply get crazy, messy and be completley in our Father's hands.
I would also like to share the verse that has been on my heart the past few days.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Matthew 28:19-20
We have authority in Christ. He is always with us. Whether it be a foreign country or in the office as you read this incredible blog. He is with YOU! Keep that in mind. Bask in the glory that the Maker of Heaven is watching over you! He is ALWAYS with you! It's a beautiful realization and I pray you recognize it! We don't have to wait until we're better or more experienced or right, He is right beside you, right now, forever and always.
Thank goodness. I know that I can't do this race or this life without Him.
I love each of you! Enjoy the video!
