Why is that it is so hard to tell the Christian world from the world of a sinner. Why is it that Christians are suffering from depression, anger, bitterness, divorce, and feeling of worthlessness just as much as the unsaved world?
Why do we accept these things in our lives. The God I know, my Father isn't ok with that.

When we accept Christ in our lives do we really understand what we are accepting? Its not just forgiveness. It's a legacy. It's a namesake. We are taking on the name of Christ. We are to be like him. Love as he loves. Speak as speaks. Walk as he walks. But I don't see a lot of that happening. I'm guilty to this at times. But why? We are in a mindset that if everyone else lives this way it must be right, it must be "normal". Forget that noise. Jesus didn't live like that. He came to brake the mold and bondage of slavery. And that's what we continue to live in. Slavery.

You see we are the heirs of a royal bloodline. If God is the King of Kings, Ruler of heaven and earth, Why do we his children live as peasants. We are not living up to the legacy he has set for us. People ask why God doesn't step in and do this and that and how he can allow things to happen in our lives and on our planet. Well the answer is he doesn't. You do. We do. God gave Adam the dominion over this earth. We are descendants of Adam. We are in control. But we don't take that control. We have power that we let go to waste. We have allowed the enemy to fool us into believing that this is his domain and that we merely have to live here until its time to return to the father in heaven. WRONG.

Jesus said that we have the power to do all the things that he did. We have the same source of power that he did. But we don't use it. Why? We must not believe what he told us is true. Do we doubt truth? In the book of Mathew it says ( I'm paraphrasing) go unto the world heal the sick, cast out demons, preform miracles, raise the dead. The thing that jumps out to me in that whole passage….Heal the sick. Why is this separate form performing miracles? Because if we truly are walking in our legacy, walking in the power he has already given us healing the sick would be a common every day thing. We have allowed the enemy to pervert our minds into thinking that a healing is a miracle. Its not its a duty as Christian. Its no greater than sharing the of Christ with a stranger. But we make it out to be.

We are the light to this world. God has called us to be a light house to the blind. Not a match stick. Its time we begin live our legacy. Become part of a heritage and culture that God has created. Be a King. Be a Queen. Live in your birthright.
