As many of you well know by now, the World Race is all about change. Change in us, change in the world, change in the day-to-day routines, etc. And extra changes like route changes and team changes! Last night, the whole squad went through another round of team changes, and I’m proud to introduce my new team: Team COOL (Covenant Of Our Lord)!
Our fearless leader, Alysa Sharp, is an amazing photographer, prophet, and encourager! She is an incredible woman, and I’m so excited to live life with her and learn from her! I look forward to a great friendship based on mutual encouragement!
Allison Braun is our resident princess and Disney fanatic. She’s sweet, hilarious, and has an amazing heart of worship. I look forward to laughing with her, geeking out about Disney with her, and going deep with this incredible woman and sister!
Anna Javaux is a very sweet and soft-spoken woman, but don’t let that fool you! Her heart for prayer and her passion as a prayer warrior are incredible to see! I look forward to going deeper with this sister and learning more about prayer and how to be an amazing prayer warrior from her!
Jacob Johnson is a quiet, but hilarious brother who is amazingly gifted musically. His passion for music and worship are really inspiring, and I love our conversations. I cannot wait to get to know him on a deeper level and be encouraged by him and his unique perspective on life!
Will Boggs is a crazy, fun, and amazing guy (although he’s not too great at Bananagrams! jk) His servant’s heart and his encouragement are going to be amazing to have on a daily basis. I love having fun with him, and I’m looking forward to going deeper with him!
As you can see, our team is pretty spectacular. To those of you who read my blog faithfully, you’ll notice that I am walking into a brand-new team of people that I’ve never been with before. But my squad is my family, and I know and love each of these people. I’m so excited for the chance to get to know them better and to live life with them. I’m really looking forward to what God will do in my life through them, and in their lives through me in the next (LAST!) three months! Look out, world, Team COOL is comin’ for ya!
