When we were in Thailand, members from Team Relentless and Fearless Unity decided to have a culinary adventure on one of our off days.
Myself, Trent, Allison, Adam, and Kari signed up for a Thai cooking class at Siam Rice. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made on the Race so far!
For only 700 baht (a little over $20), we got to cook (and eat!) 6 courses of authentic Thai food, have an 8:1 ratio of student to chef, a cookbook of all the Thai dishes we made, and a lesson in carving carrots into flowers.
To say the day was amazing was an understatement! Future Racers, you definitely want to check this place out if you’re in Chiang Mai!
