The first thing that comes to my mind is excitement! I am so ready and prepared for what God has planned for me and can’t wait to spread his word! I was fortunate enough to have acquired some very useful gear for the trip and look forward to purchasing the rest soon. I recently gave a presentation to my church and received incredibly supportive feedback from the congregation; I am so thankful for a supportive, close-knit church family to give me encouragement before, during, and after this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I am continuing to work on fundraising and still need ongoing encouragement and financial assistance, but I am trusting the Lord to do His will. Thank you everybody for your prayers as the days wind-down!
