Hey-o U Squad!
How are you? Are you counting down the days until Jan 2nd? It's hard to believe you are just 48 days away from beginning your 11 month journey on The World Race! I'm extremely excited for you.
I wanted to take a moment to remind you again of your upcoming support deadline of $5,000 on December 15th. Remember, you WILL NOT be able to leave with your squad in January if you fail to meet this deadline. I know that life can get pretty crazy leading up to the holidays and launch, so I want to be sure you are all on track to meet this deadline before the madness hits.
This is a great time of year to be support raising–people tend to be more generous and willing to commit to a cause during the holiday season. This is also a great time for you to meet with people in person and share your heart–remember, raising support is about builiding relatinoships. Although schedules can be a little hectic, people tend to take more time off of work and are traveling home more frequently at this time of year.
If you do not have $5,000 in your account, it is important that you check-in with me! I know many of you are working hard to set up meetings with your supporters and several of you have fundraisers scheduled for the next month which is awesome! However, I do not know if this is you if you do not contact me and tell me where you are at.
Remember, I am here as a resource for you. I am available for ideas, encouragement and prayer! I want to talk to you and hear your celebrations and frustrations. I want to be able to report to leadership that each and every one of you is on track to meet the $5,000 deadline and leave with your squad on Jan 2nd.
