This year, we’ve focused on stories inspired by our We Are the World Race Campaign. This month, we’re sharing stories inspired by women on the mission field. (Don’t worry guys, your turn is coming next month!)
Our experiences with women worldwide have taught us what womanhood really means. Women are wired for intimate relationships and deep, abiding love. And even when that “love” is used to take advantage of them—things like human trafficking, prostitution, and exploitation, to name a few—women teach us about beauty, femininity, joy, and God’s love for each one of his daughters. This month we want to celebrate all things women-in-missions related, and give you a chance to share your story as well.
Leading up to Valentine’s Day, instead of highlighting romantic love, we want to celebrate the people and places we fall in love with on the mission field.
So, how can YOU join us in the celebration?
1. Follow Adventures in Missions on Pinterest and Instagram to read more stories of adventures in love from all over the world. We’ll be drawing names from our pool of followers and winners will win posters of one of the following images:
2. Share your story on social media! Whether you share it on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest, hashtag it #adventuresinlove. At the end of the month, we’ll share our favorites.
3. Go have your own adventure in love by signing up to go on a short-term trip, college-age trip, World Race route, or long-term commitment!
