We are so excited to announce the October 2016 Routes. Yes — you heard us right: we changed the launch window from September to October!
Route 1: Featuring Europe, Asia, and Africa
Start your Race in Southeast Asia and share the freedom of Jesus Christ with street kids, orphans, or those caught in the sex trade. Then head to Southern Africa to impact the next generation of leaders through discipleship, church partnership, and orphan outreach. Finish your adventure in Eastern Europe, sharing hope and purpose with those in poverty.
Route 2: Featuring South America and the Southern Hemisphere
In a land with more gods than days of the year, you will share the one true God with the people of Asia. Then head to Southern Africa, where you will declare hope in the region with the highest orphan and AIDS rate in the world. Finish your Race in South America, where you will partner with local churches and Christian ministries to reach indigenous villages and adventure-seeking backpackers.
Route 3: The Race Returns to Kenya
Away from the tourist destinations, you’ll see a different side of Central America: the areas of poverty and brokenness. Partner with local ministries, churches, and programs that exist to see lives changed for Christ. Then head to Southeast Asia and share the freedom of Jesus Christ with street kids, orphans, or those caught in the sex trade. Finish your adventure by spreading the Gospel in war-torn East Africa, reopening Kenya for the World Race.
Route 4: Featuring Mongolia, China, and Macedonia
You will share the Gospel in diverse cultures across Asia before heading to Eastern Europe and one of the Race’s newest countries: Macedonia. Wrap up your journey in Central America by supporting the local church and revolutionizing the region with Christ’s love.
