So I’ve been saying for a few months that I would write a blog about what I’m doing after the Race. Now I still don’t know where I will live or what job I will have or where I will go to church, but I do know some plans! I’m excited to announce that I have been accepted to G42 Leadership Academy in Mijas Spain. What’s G42 you ask? G42 Leadership Academy is a 9 month training program located in Mijas, Spain. Focused on a transformative curriculum of equipping for leaders who are passionate about establishing the Kingdom of God on earth. So in September 2020 I will be moving to Spain for 9 months to attend this leadership academy. The way the program works is we do 3 months of classes then a 3 month practicum followed by 3 more months of classes. I’m super excited to be attending this and it will just further the work that the Lord started here on the Race.
This decision comes through a lot of prayer and also a couple of dreams where the Lord asked me to give up some of my plans to attend this leadership school. Is it scary? Yep. Do I have questions of where funds and stuff will come from or who else will be attending with me? Yes. But I know that He is good and SO SO worth it!
I also need you help to get there. The school costs $10,500 which includes my lodging, food and plane ticket for practicum. I’ve already paid $500 towards the cost so I only have $10,000 left to raise. After fundraising $18,200 for the World Race this amount seems like nothing and I know the Lord will provide.
