Quick update for you all! Before we take off tomorrow morning for Spain, I wanted to inform you all of a big change we had right before launch. We added another member to our 6 person team, Charles Peterson. He was on another team before Launch weekend, but complications with getting another male alumni racer on his team caused the switch. I wrote a lot about Charles in “My Faithful Brothers Need Your Help”. Charles and I connect in a lot of ways, one being sports. He was an NAIA point guard in college basketball and plans to play pro ball internationally after the race. We were so excited to hear that Charles was joining our team and you all will see why when you read his blogs.
