Since I can’t think of any good, creative way to start my About Me page, I’ll just start by saying welcome to my World Race Blog! As you can probably already foresee, writing is not something I enjoy (or am particularly good at), but I do appreciate you taking the time to visit my page. I’m a 22 year old senior at Ouachita Baptist University. I will graduate in May (God willing!) with a degree in Biology and a minor in Computer Science.
I was born in Arkansas, and I have lived there my entire life. I am the middle child in our family; I have an older brother, Austin, and a younger sister, Victoria. Austin is married to Ashton and they currently live out in LA. My sister is a senior in high school, and will be headed off to college next year. My parents and family are awesome! They have been an incredible source of support during this entire process. My parents raised me to fear the Lord, and they live their lives as wonderful examples of people who truly love God! Their spiritual leading is an awesome blessing in our lives.
And now I’m already out of ideas for what I should write…
Some random things about me:
- I love computers and electronics (I’m not sure how I’m going to go a year without all my computers!)
- I love going to Arkansas Razorback football games – SEC football is the best!
- I love to travel
- I enjoy flying (not check rides though)
- I enjoy watching most sports
- I’m not really much of a “backpacker” so this trip should be interesting
- I’m super excited about the World Race and can’t wait to see what God is going to do!!
