Greetings y’all!
It’s currently Sunday March 25th, 3:45pm. I’m chilling at our beach hotel in Arugambay, Sri Lanka, and pondering on all the amazing things God has done in the past few months, let alone the past two weeks. God is good. All the time. Amen.
We arrived at our beach hotel 7 days ago (which we have for $5/night) #score and got familiar with the beautiful touristy area of Arugambay & small town Pothuvil next to it. The natural beauty of this country is breathtaking and makes it a real privilege to serve and worship Jesus in this place. On our drive to Pothuvil from our debrief location, we had the luxury of encountering two elephants on the road (see picture below). That alone was a blessing in and of itself. Sri Lanka is full of incredible plant & wildlife and it’s easy to see Gods divine hand in all of it.
After being here for a week we were quick to find the believers in this predominately Muslim area (an answer to prayer), and make good relationships with Pastors and church leaders. Our team was a part of two church services on Sunday, one in Arugambay and one in Pothuvil. Both were very fruitful services and I believe that both the locals and our team were edified by being there together.
I personally have seen many miraculous physical healings since being here. To be honest, miracles have grown to be a daily part of my life and I believe that Jesus called and equipped all believers to walk in a similar lifestyle. We are a large part of Gods redemptive plan for humanity and walking in the miraculous is a significant part of that plan. I continue to pray that we would have the faith to move mountains and walk in the confidence of knowing who we are in Christ.
I should also stress that the greatest form of miraculous healing is salvation through Christ. The most impactful and transformative decision you can make in your life is to surrender all that you know and all that you have and give it to the Lord Jesus. I say this not only because I’ve experienced this in my own life but I’ve seen/heard countless testimonies of people from every people group being transformed by the redeeming blood of Jesus. Praise God for 5 lives being transformed and 5 new brothers and sisters stepping into the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah!

All in all, Sri Lanka has been amazing thus far. I hope that through this blog post you are able to get a taste of my excitement and the joy that I am experiencing through walking with Jesus. I’m praying that God continues to do a mighty work in you as you follow our journey across the globe. I pray that you are earnestly seeking Him and desiring to see His kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.
