As I look back on the last 2 years of my life, it seems as though they have been filled with new seasons. Starting a new job, new church, moving, new friends, etc. Here we are again at the start of a new season, the World Race. I think these new seasons are a mixture of life in your 20’s and me allowing Jesus to guide my steps.

I’ve decided that training camp (TC) is like the first day of college. There are so many emotions that no one (outside of your squad mates) can understand. As I sit and look at my stuff that I’ve yet to pack I’m excited, nervous, worried I’ll forget something important, ready for God to change my life, and in complete shock.

It seems like it was just yesterday that I got the call that I was accepted to the race and TC seemed so far away! Now it’s here! I can’t wait to see all of my O SQUAD tomorrow!!! God has blessed us with some incredible people and I can’t wait to experience life with them over the next year. Here’s to an exciting, challenging, fun, tiring, epic week!

Fundraising update!!

God has been SO good to provide when I doubted. I am around $1100 away from my next deadline for April. I want to get as far in fundraising as I can so I can focus on ministry while on the field. Hopefully soon after camp I’ll have t-shirts for sale and another fundraiser in the works! Thank you to everyone that has been praying and giving so selflessly! I love each and every one of you!

This week please pray for my squad and I as we take on the challenge of TC. It is meant to teach us about the race, give us and idea of what life on the race will be like, and begin forming our community. Please pray against anything that would keep us from experiencing all God has for us this week. You guys are amazing! I can’t wait to tell you all about camp when I get home. Feel free to follow my camp experience on Instagram (trishbansky).

Much Love,

T
