I hated asking for support money.
I was reading one of my first blogs, “Support Letters“, earlier and I just smiled because I know how I was leaping out in faith and doing something I really didn’t want to do- ask for money. One of my biggest hesitancies about going on the World Race was the fact that I had to raise $14,300. Coming from a family that God has blessed financially, I was really torn about asking others for money.
Once I did ask, I had a backup plan in the back of my mind in case the money didn’t come in (ie. begging my parents, using some of my savings, etc.), but God told me to wait. So I waited. I figured if He wanted me to be here, He would raise the funds. I had nothing to lose…so I went for it.

Today I am so humbled and overjoyed to say that I checked my account and I currently have $14,378!!!!!!! What an amazing Christmas present. The best part is that my backup plan wasn’t needed. God delivered yet again. He wanted me here, and has provided all that I need. I can’t even act surprised that God has proven His faithfulness again. He is Jehovah Jireh- my provider…life lesson learned. Oh praise Him!
So thank you so much for your support. There are so many of you who have blessed me financially and I want you to know that I cannot even begin to express my appreciation. Thank you for being willing to give and be a part of what God is doing in my life. You may never know how much this trip has already impacted me and it’s only month 4. May God bless you for your willingness to give and support my ministry.  You have blessed me so much….Thank you!!!!!
So you might be asking what now? Especially those of you that support me monthly. Here are some options:

   1. Continue supporting me. I’m allowed to raise $1,500 on top of my needed support in order to reimburse
me for vaccinations, insurance, and the plane ticket to Los Angeles at the beginning.
   2. Support my “family.” This squad of 40 people has become my family. They are an amazing group of
people that are pursuing the Lord and encountering God in amazing ways here. God is giving me the
opportunity to lead them and I want to fight for them because I believe in them and in what God is
doing in them. Many people are not completely funded,  and there are four girls who are in
extreme need still. We don’t want anyone going home because of  finanaces- and we know God
will provide. If you’re interested  in blessing them like you’ve blessed me, you can check out their blogs:

Once again, those are just options. Pray about it, seek God, and let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for how you have
supported me!
