If you are reading this, that means you clicked the “About Me” button, which leads me to believe you give, at the very least, a small crap about me. Thank you for that.

I’m a 24-year-old from Madison, Mississippi with very little swagger, though I try. I enjoy a nice V-Neck from time to time and I unashamedly wear high-top Nikes.

I’ve been playing soccer my entire life, and I’m nerdy-good at video games of all kinds.

If you haven’t already, go look at my World Race profile picture. Seriously, go look… because it’s me hanging out a window in a headband, all dangerous looking, with a dangerous mustache, Mount Doom looming in the
background. Frodo took the picture.

Speaking of hobbits, I’m a huge movie and books guy- I love stories of all kinds. This is largely why I graduated from the University of Mississippi in English Literature…which also means my degree is more useless than yours.

I have incredible parents who support me no matter what and a 26-year-old brother who is my best friend. To make it even better, I’m surrounded by friends and mentors that have continued to allow me in their lives, regardless all the shenanigans I’ve thrown at them over the years.

If there is anything in me worth emulating, I’m convinced it’s because God keeps them around.

Speaking of God, I believe in Him. And, yes, I’m one of those that thinks the Bible is the inerrant and infallible word of God, Jonah swallowed by a fish and all.

I believe without God, the world falls apart. He is the solution to all its unsolvable and busted equations, and a-lotta people in a-lotta places are feeling the horrendous effects of that busted equation- disease, rejection, and abandonment being most of what they know.

My goal is meeting these people over the next year. They have stories to share, some uplifting, others heartbreaking, and I want to help tell them (I’m a story guy remember).

I want to serve these people, and I believe some of you do too, Christian or not. (Because I’m not ignorant enough to believe that only Christians can or want to share a little love in this world).

So, if you’re willing, subscribe to my blog and read their stories. I have no clue what will come of it. Maybe nothing. Or, maybe, we (me and you) can make a difference in someone’s busted equation. Or, maybe maybe, they can make a difference in ours.

Super Seriously Saying Sincerely,

Trey
