So we are in Chiang Mai, Thailand… this city is pretty much in a bowl like New Orleans…surrounded by mountains.. and the reason I bring that up is… I got a vision of Gods love filling this bowl up! Overflowing from the mountain tops down to the city!
This city…this country is known for its sex trafficking….yes they have beautiful beaches…awesome attractions…but the main reason people visit this place…this city … is for its prostitutes…
This is for sure the most intense ministry we have been apart of thus far! It is crazy how dark this place is…how blind these people are…I have seen Dads with their sons in the bars…"showing them the ropes"…I have seen families all together…. I have seen Dads with their babies…I have heard them say…"Yes i do have a wife…a family back home…and so what? I am a bad man…I am dirty…who cares?"…some of them don't even realize that they are dirty…for this is so normal for them..
The age range on the prostitutes is so wide! You have young teenagers to older women.. The main reason these women get into this prostitution is to provide for their families back home….they make about $2000 a month to the average Thai makes $300 or less a month…. and in Thailand…sex trafficking is not like in America…or in Eastern Europe… they do not hold a gun to your head and say you have to do this…no…its simply just for the money…they pretty much trick them into saying this is the better life style…I have heard …read so many different stories about the women in the bars….it varies so much…some of them are so uncomfortable and truly want to find a way out of it…and some of them love it…love the life style…for it truly provides their every need for their families…
Another problem in the prostitutes here is the ladyboys….(men dressed as women…some have surgery to look more like a girl as well)…there is several bars for them…they are so mentally lost…so confused…
God please break every chain….God is breaking every chain….
To the prostitutes…to the men…to the children…to everyone else here…. the main reason why people are here….the reason why they come for sexual pleasures…seek these crazy dreams out….is for they have a hole in their hearts …its the reason why we all go out and look for worldly things to fill us up…
Fill them up God…Fill them up God….
A side note…do you know that America …our own country….the place we love…and think is so wonderful…is at the top of the list for sex trafficking…Atlanta,GA is huge hub for it…ARE YOU KIDDING ME….WAKE UP PEOPLE….there is over 27 million people in slavery with sex trafficking…help me …me His Kingdom by making more of an awareness of this!…lets make this number drop TODAY! ….
Be humbled before the Lord…we are just DRY BONES AND DUST without Him…we cannot do anything without Him…but He can do everything through us! Be desperate for Him to show up hugely!
World…I ask you to do this…I ask you to pray…as we have been praying…to have His heart…to have his eyes…so we can break for what breaks His…and so we can see all these people…the prostitutes….the men…the forgotten children…as He sees them…so beautifully made….I ask that you pray bold prayers…lets break down this wall that Satan has built up…this is a war…in the spiritual realm…and we are spiritual warriors…so..LETS FIGHT!
My Abba has spoken this world into be…He has authority over all things…Thailand is Holy ground…Satan has no authority over these people…over this land… and join with me and tell Satan to go back to the burning flames of Hell where He belongs
Last I ask you to pray for this woman we met in a bar called Jackie's Bar…her name is Nan..I met her two days ago when we started our night outreach…it was such an honor and blessing to sit down with her and share some good laughs and fun with her….She truly has so much joy and love inside of her and I know God has big plans for her…so pray with me that she is protected…and many doors open up for her…and many doors open up to us to be able to pour into and have some time with her outside of the bars….
I want to share one more thing with you guys…me and Pat went into the main strip of the bars one morning to have a time of prayer there…it was so amazing to have a sit in on where satan has done some awful work…so dark…but that morning …it was so bright…and as we prayed…God gave me another vision… and this vision was also given to one of my squad leaders two years ago when they were here serving Thailand…and the vision was that God is going to plant a church in the middle of that strip…that is going to be a place of worship.
Be consumed in His Holy Fire!
So I am Proclaiming to the world…Thailand is no longer going to be a place known for its sex trafficking…. it will be known for its God fearing people…for it is going to be a place of worship…and they will finally know what it means to know the Name of Jesus…what means to bring His Kingdom down to earth…THIS IS HOLY GROUND!
