Yo! Ladies and gents first off I just have to say….
WE HAVE AN AWESOME FATHER!!!
…ok now that was said… when was the last time you celebrated!? I mean really… Our lives is worship to Him.. When I think of our Abba and Heaven I think of a huge worship dance party… For My Pappa is in a gooooood mood ALLLL THE TIME!!! He is always smiling over us! SO BE IN CELEBRATION ! We as followers of Christ have the MOST to celebrate! We should always be in a joyful mood…. even in trails when need to find the joy in them… even praise Him for giving you those trails!
I truly believe Christianity has become to civilized!…We need to step out of that!! I mean look at people like…John the Baptist… He was a weird dude… yet He prepared the Way for Jesus! … and Jesus himself is an oddball … He was the most barbaric of them all! …I think in todays time we are to worried about what others might think..But did you know that you are called to live a life like John the Baptist in regards of that you are not suppose to be civilized! It comes to me like this… We are meant to have a raw untamed faith… but to many of us keep the Sprit in a cage… try to box Him up… we try to limit what God can do… for we are scared of what might happen… just simply…civilized…. but guys… we cannot be afraid to stand out for His glory… thats how the lost get found!!
DO NOT BOX IN OUR ABBA…HE HAS NO LIMITATIONS!
Haha oh gosh guys I could talk about this for hours on end. This really came huge in my heart when I read "The Barbarian Way" … It was really cool what God showed me in that book.. and from there I started praying dangerous prayers….bold prayers…and dug into His Word deeply! It is so crazy what He has shown me…taught me..and is leading me to! For I can say.. I have changed SO MUCH before this point and this was back in Honduras… but He kept telling me I am just getting started with you and haha oh man how true that is!
I want to ask you a question…has He given you a new name? … If not….I think it would be awesome if you just simply asked your Abba to give you a new one… for it is something for everyone! It might take some time for it to come to you, but He will give it to you… He has given me a few, but the newest one …and the one that sticks the most is.. "PeaceMaker"….I mean how cool is that?!? He really gives us some awesome names ….names that mean so much to our walk…and our callings for His Kingdom!… and oh how PeaceMaker fits mine!
There is only so much I can share with you guys in regards to what He is calling me to and what He has done in me the past weeks for its not about me but about His glory! But I will share a little. He has given me new gifts for His Kingdom…to help build up His church… He has a really big plan for me during and after this Race for this Race is just the start of the actual race for me…I had a lot prophesied over me…and so I took it to Him and His Word… and it all lined up with what He has been telling me since I joined the World Race. I had to really submit myself to change. He has so much for me..and really wants to use me for His Kingdom, but I had to reallllllly let Him change me into the true barbarian …radical…man of God He is calling me to be…for my new life callings… are very radical… very different… so different from the norm…and at first… I was asking myself… why me? What makes me so different from the others? Why do You choose me? And also… for the first time on this trip I was fearful, but it was a good fear for it came from Him and His will for me! But it was just hard to step out in faith for I had NO CLUE where I am headed and no clue what it looks like as well! But like I said at top WE HAVE AN AWESOME FATHER, and I really trust Him so… I am stepping off the edge and ready for what Is happening and what is to come!
Simply said I am done with the Norm of the "Christian faith" … I am letting the Spirit Inside me free…. I am going to be a man of raw untamed faith… I will live a life like John the Baptist…but in my own unique ways and callings… and for you guys… my challenge is this… step out of the NORM… God has bigger plans for you than just to go to church on selected days… or whatever… it is SO MUCH BIGGER THAN THAT…Do not be civilized ….do not let the world tell you how to live out your faith… let the passion of God run through your veins and explode through your worship…your life song to Him…be BOLD….be different…for every walk in Christ is unique and different…so….
WAKE UP YOU SONS AND DAUGHTERS YOU WERE MADE FOR SO MUCH MORE!
