This month we are in the beautiful country of Camodia! Spending a month in a Rice Village called Kampong Speu. We are teaching English and Bible stories to the children of the village and sharing the love of Christ with the community. I wanted to run you through a day in my life via pictures…

This is our contact Ra… He is a stud that finished a YWAM discipleship school a few years ago and felt led to start the English school that we teach at. The school is actually Ra's house. Which means we all get to soend a lot of quality time together. His family has been such a blessing.

So here comes the day…

Wake up in this fine hammock. We are staying in this old house right down the street from Ra's house. I've found that i sleep better in a hammock then I do in a regular bed.

This is one of the two foot long geckos that I have the pleasure of sharing a room with.

These little ones meet us at our doorstep everyday at around 6AM. Full of energy.

After a nice breakfast we go to the school right down the street and play with kids before they go to class. They normally just poke and hang all over us.

Then we get to hang out with the kids! Until Bible study at 10:30!
And Moriah will make a few bracelets.

After Bible Study and lunch we get to start teaching classes. This would be the first level class, where i mostly get to learn about how bad I am at sounded out letters.

After teaching, sometimes we go for a little swim…

Or wire a house…

We normally have dinner around 5 and i get an opprtunity to go and play soccer with the local team. Which is always a blast.

After a quick shower we do Bible Story time were Jessa plays a few worship songs and we re-inact a story and share about Jesus to some of the kids form the village.

After Bible we get to enjoy a good team time where we share testimonies and hang out.

Its been an amazing month and I have loved being out of the city. God is doing incredibly things through this ministry and i pray that people will continue to come and diciple and teach these young people!
